Half Bikram

Offered to those who already practice Bikram Yoga. We’ll start and end with

the regular breathing sets, yet will only be doing one set of each of the other poses.

For Intermediate yogis in good-to-great shape or serious athletes.

(PLEASE NOTE: To do this routine, temperature at your place of residence needs to be a MINIMUM of 85 degrees.)
